How long will it take for my order to ship and arrive?

Upon authorization of your credit card, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you have specified. A shipping confirmation will then be sent to that same email address upon shipment of your order. Delivery can take between 10-15 business days depending on location and selected ship method. Priority processing is available for delivery in 5-7 business days. (Additional fees apply. Priority processing not available in Alaska or Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Island.)

My order should have arrived by now. What should I do?

If you have received a shipping confirmation, you can check with the carrier on shipping status. If you have issues with our carrier, contact us via 877-801-2689 to address your problems.

How do I know if I am ordering on a secure site?

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. We do not accept checks or money orders.

How do I return a product that I purchased online?

Orders can be shipped within the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Please note additional fees apply for shipping to Canada.
